AE's privacy compliant, first-party data capture delivers unique and actionable customer insights from behavioral, social media and streaming data. The AE platform consists of two main components:
- AE Connect: our seamless, fully customizable social login that captures your customers (members, in the AE dashboard) through their preferred social media and streaming accounts. AE Connect gets permission to track members' social media and streaming interactions, giving you access to first-party data you can't find anywhere else.
- AE Insights: our powerful engine that transforms the data collected by AE Connect into actionable insights. AE Insights is easily synchronized with your existing martech stack to create enhanced customer profiles and gain a deeper understanding of your customer.
