Any and All Activity Filtering

Using the advanced Any of these activities and All of these activities filters, you can create incredibly specific groups of members who have performed a number of activities.

When you are on the Active Members tab, you can access these filters using the Advanced search link underneath the basic filters.

Any of These Activities

The Any of these activities filter allows you to list any number of activity IDs as a comma-separated list (CSV). Members who have performed at least one of the activities in the list are included in the results list.

For example: Members who listened to The Beach Boys on Spotify OR  liked The Beach Boys on Facebook.

All of These Activities

The All of these activities filter allows you to list any number of activity IDs as a comma-separated list. Members who have performed all of the activities in the list are included in the results list.

For example: Members who watched a The Beach Boys music video on YouTube AND  tweeted at @BeachBoysOfficial.

Using Both Filters Together

Note that the All of these activities filter will narrow down your list more quickly, especially if you list activity IDs that are quite specific. If you use both the Any and All filters at once, both requirements must be fulfilled in some way.

For example: Members must have watched a The Beach Boys video on YouTube AND   tweeted at @BeachBoysOfficial AND   ( Members must have listened to The Beach Boys on Spotify OR   liked The Beach Boys on Facebook)  .

Tip: While using both of these filters together can be quite powerful, always double-check that your combination of filters gives you the results you are looking for. You can lose valuable context if you enter the wrong Any and All requirements.
